Fueltool provides a price comparison service for domestic heating oil in the United Kingdom. We display prices from independent suppliers and facilitate orders between customers and suppliers.
Prices displayed on Fueltool are provided by our suppliers and are updated regularly. However, prices are subject to change and may vary between the time of search and the time of order confirmation. The final price will be confirmed during checkout.
When you place an order through Fueltool, you enter into a contract with the selected heating oil supplier, not with Fueltool. The supplier is responsible for delivery, pricing, and customer service related to your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by suppliers and are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Fueltool is not responsible for delivery delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the selected tanker size can access your property. If a delivery cannot be made due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
Fueltool does not process payments. When you place an order, the supplier will contact you to arrange payment. Payment terms, methods, and any applicable surcharges are between you and the supplier.
Domestic heating oil is subject to VAT at the reduced rate of 5%. All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with others.
Fueltool acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We are not liable for the quality, quantity, or delivery of heating oil ordered through our platform.
